If you don’t have an account you can still open a support ticket.
After you make a ticket you’ll be given a special URL that will allow you to view your ticket at any time.
Save that url! It will also be emailed to you but if for some reason it gets lost in your spam you won’t be able to see your ticket anymore. You can also register to ensure you never lose a ticket. Registering after creating a ticket will save all your tickets to your new account automatically.
While guests can view their tickets right away, if you need to reply later you’ll have to get an automated One Time Password emailed to the same email you used to create the ticket.
